Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, or republish substantial parts of the content as your own product.
Availability and liability
The beta is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or fitness for a specific score goal. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made from practice results.
Accounts and purchases
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from your account page. Writing and Speaking AI assessments are sold individually and do not expire. Removing ads is an optional monthly subscription that renews until you cancel it; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps ads off until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record and reseller, who may add local sales tax.
Refunds
Because assessments are delivered immediately and do not expire, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the support address and we will look into it.
